Hi, I’m Javier, a Spaniard living in Germany for several years. I’m passionate about board games and history, and that’s why I created Turgalium Games. My goal is to publish accessible and entertaining historical games for players around the world.

The name Turgalium Games, is inspired by the Roman name of Trujillo, my hometown in Spain. Trujillo is a small city with a lot of history, and it’s where my passion for the past began.

I plan to publish games that cover different historical periods, with accessible rules and not many components, but with great attention to detail and production. I want to offer a high-quality gaming experience that is both fun and educational.

I hope you enjoy playing my games as much as I enjoy creating them!

How do we produce our games?

All components are printed in Europe. The counters and boxes are produced in Poland, and the rules, maps, and other components are printed in Germany.

We produce in small series according to demand, so production times are short and we don't need a large storage area. Additionally, by producing in Europe, we don't face shipping delays or customs issues.

Of course, this means higher production costs for me, but I feel very comfortable with this type of production. This way, I can also perform more thorough quality control on each game that leaves the warehouse.

Shipping

We ship the games from Maintal, a small town near Frankfurt, Germany. All the games are hand-packaged here and shipped daily.

We ship to almost the entire world economically with DHL, providing a tracking number and insurance. In my experience, packages usually arrive in about a week, or even faster if the shipment is to European countries. We also offer express shipping with UPS for those who prefer to receive the game in 1-2 days.
