Terms and Conditions of Turgalium Games
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (§ 13 BGB).

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part but is merely an invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is placed in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order process provided in our online shop.
The order process includes the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the "Order" button
3) Review of the information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the "Checkout" button
5) Logging into the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password).
6) Rechecking or correcting the entered data.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "order with obligation to pay" or "buy" button
Before bindingly submitting the order, the consumer can return to the webpage where the customer's details are entered by using the "Back" button in the internet browser he/she is using to check his/her details and correct input errors or cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We immediately confirm the receipt of the order by sending an automatically generated email ("order confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders through our online shop: We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can view the terms and conditions at any time at https://turgaliumgames.com/content/2-legal-notice. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account --> My Orders.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Maturity
(1) The stated prices include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any additional shipping costs may apply.
(2) The consumer has the option of payment via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery takes place at the latest within 2 working days. The deadline for delivery begins in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank responsible for the transfer and in all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold also passes to the buyer in the case of a mail-order purchase when the goods are handed over.
§5 Retention of Title
We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from
this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
